From the onset, the Well Fellowship Church was not driven by a specific intention to establish a new church community. In the fall of 2018, several families began gathering on Friday evenings for prayer and Bible study. From there, the desire to continue to learn true biblical fellowship grew, and it became very evident that God was bringing others with the same longing together. God has been actively instructing, guiding, and shaping this small community to serve as a local representation of His body in our current location. Welcome to our family.

Following beginning to gather in the Fall of 2018, the eight initial families that gathered began to long for more. There grew a desire for God to be central and his word paramount. We understood that most of us had no idea about what fellowship truly is. There are more than 50 one-another commands in the Bible and we asked ourselves: where and when are we practicing them as a body? We desired to make the Biblical commands our focus and allow extra-Biblical practices to remain secondary.

Along the way, God sent us help and encouragement through missionaries, pastors and elders from all over the word. The Lord truly provided.

In the Spring of 2022, we adopted the name “The Well Fellowship” and that summer, we prayed for our first three elders.

God is continuing to teach and mature us into His image. We are not afraid to make mistakes as that is part of the journey. We strive to nurture a culture that fosters healthy risk-taking and encourage mutual challenges among each other. One value that we at The Well Fellowship hold, is being intentional and diligent about how we fulfill God’s commands (You can read more about our DNA below). We strive to meet purposefully, engage all the gifts in our body and allow the word and spirit to work in our midst.
