Welcome to The Well, where leadership is rooted in the conviction of a plurality of eldership church model. Our leadership team consists of three dedicated elders: Andrew Boitchenko, Philipp Wambold and Victor Malyakin (left to right). These three were among the visionary families who founded The Well, and their commitment to our community runs deep.

At The Well, our elders are not just spiritual leaders but also bi-vocational individuals who generously invest their time and efforts beyond their daily vocations. Andrew, Philipp and Victor, serve in various capacities within The Well, embodying a holistic approach to ministry.

Our commitment to the future extends beyond the current leadership team. As the Lord leads, we actively pursue the training and discipleship of new and upcoming elders within The Well. We believe in fostering a culture where leaders are raised up organically, contributing to the spiritual growth and health of our community.
